We are currently recruiting an Executive Head Chef to work with our client in the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire.

This restaurant is known for high volume and exceptional food so it isn't for the work shy.

You will be expected to organise your kitchen team including rota's, order stock, assist in the kitchen, set KPI's carry out regular checks among other things.

With a strong team already in place, your guidance and moral bosting will help take this restaurant to new levels.
