We are currently assisting our client, one of Leicestershire's most reputable brewing companies, recruit an experienced head chef for their flagship restaurant in Oadby, Leicestershire.

This restaurant is pushing for rosette's and more and requires the right head chef to help them on their way, so similar experience is a must.

There is also two acres of land where the company are growing their own produce, using eggs from their own chickens and so forth.

To top this off, they have their own butchers, bakery, brewery and distillery on site too, so perfect for head chef to create their own bespoke menu's.

Live in is also available close by should it be needed for the right candidate.
