Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside their passionate, friendly team and become a pivotal part of the hotels operation.

The candidate would meet and greet guests, ensure their needs are catered for, be friendly and have excellent customer service skills.

Other duties may include the following:

• make and confirm reservations for guests by telephone, online or face to face,

• dealing with customer queries,

• general administration duties.

Full training will be given to the right candidate.
